The iPad Help Desks at Miscoe Hill School and Nipmuc Regional HS are the best way for staff members and students to get help using their iPads. From simple password resets, to setting up an Apple ID, to installing apps or troubleshooting a problem, the iPad Help Desk is the place to start if you are having issues using your iPad.
For both schools, please make sure a student has a scheduled appointment to visit the help desk; we discourage "drop-ins". Miscoe Hill School - iPad Help Desk - Mondays/Wednesdays 9-10:30
The Miscoe Hill iPad Help Desk is located at the Circulation Desk in the library. Students should talk to their homeroom teacher to have them help make an appointment for them.
Nipmuc Regional HS - iPad Help Desk - Tuesdays/Thursdays 8-10
The Nipmuc iPad Help Desk is located in the Help Desk Office at the Media Center. High School students are able to make an appointment on their own at a time that is convenient for them.
